Yogyakarta Creator Conference 2026

Yogyakarta’s creative community has grown quickly in recent years. To support this growth, Ambarrukmo launched the Yogyakarta Creator Conference in 2025, giving creators, KOLs, and fans a place to meet and collaborate.

For the 2026 event, Ambarrukmo teamed up with ICE by IDN Times and CapCut Indonesia to bring in creators from a wide range of backgrounds and interests on one platform where everyone can connect and collaborate.

Yogyakarta Creator Conference 2026 took place on August 22 at Pendopo Agung Ambarrukmo. The theme was “Creator Economy 3.0 – From Influence to Impact,” emphasizing how creators are becoming a whole new economic sector, especially in Yogyakarta.

The conference featured a session with CapCut Indonesia and Erniati, who represents CapCut’s content creators. Indira N. Mandong, CapCut Indonesia’s Content Operations Manager, shared that CapCut has grown from a basic editing app into a platform where users can earn money.

CapCut recognizes that Indonesia’s creator community is diverse and that new trends have appeared in recent years. To help creators, CapCut has introduced new features that make editing easier for everyone. Erniati mentioned that many creators now use CapCut as their main editing tool.

This shows that CapCut is becoming more inclusive, offering editing tools for all skill levels without needing extra apps. She added that CapCut is a one-stop editing solution, helping users follow trends with templates and connect with other creators.
